Moon Women's Health Moon was born out of a passion to provide a place that all women can access, to support them in thei

We specifically focus on the emotional, physical and mental fluctuations experienced due to hormonal changes created by puberty, menstruation, pregnancy, breastfeeding and menopause. We’ve gathered a collaboration of female multi-disciplined practitioners, to offer their wisdom and knowledge to support us when we need it. Our deep-rooted intention is to create a community hub where all women, regardless of background and outlook, can come together in a safe space to be supported and nurtured.

A wonderful new art piece, Hidden Connections, from the talented

Just like our community at Moon, trees are communal beings.  We all know that strong communities help us to navigate life's challenges and disasters.  Being part of a community that shares resources, creates the kind of place we all want to live. The trees on Hampstead heath and in Highgate Woods are just the same.  Rather than fighting each other for light and water, they join together with tiny fungal filaments to carry messages and transmit sugar from one tree to another to help each other survive.  In turn supporting over 600 bird species and thousands of insect species.

Hidden Connections is a celebration of the times when we come together to help those in need; bringing food, medicine or companionship to those that are isolated wherever they are in the world.

Come and see it for yourself.

We've got something special to share...

To further support our community work, we've set up a sister organisation - Moon Community Health CIC.

Here's half the team, meeting this morning, to discuss our upcoming collaboration with Highgate Newtown Community Centre and Hopscotch

This Autumn, we're expanding our successful New Mama & Parent One-Stop Drop-in to reach even more members of our diverse community.

Watch this space.

Wow! 4 years ago today... Moon hadn't opened yet, there was still a lot to be done and I had to take a breather and a sit down...

What a lot has happened in this time (including discovering barefoot shoes 😉), yet the years have flown...

Let's see what the next four years bring 😊

Great job Brookfield Primary School for raising £6000, to update their library with books that truly reflect the diversity of our community!

A massive shout out to The Brookfield Community (formerly the PTA), particularly Anella Wickenden, as well as and who donated all their income from their recent Breath Workshop.

Very happy that Moon Women's Health was also able to contribute in a small way to this achievement.

☀️ If you're around today, make your way down to the Brookfield Summer Fair - 12pm to 3pm. They'll be amazing food and fun for the kids ☀️

A big welcome to Elisa Carmen to the Moon Wise Woman Practitioner cohort. Elisa offers 1-2-1 Female Empowerment Sessions at Moon.

Over to Elisa 👇

Hi, I’m Elisa – a Women’s Empowerment Practitioner, single mama, fur mama, and nature lover often found on the Heath with my tree-climbing daughter, stick-hunting dog or jumping into the ponds.

My work is grounded in Positive Psychology and shaped by further training in Somatic Trauma Therapy, Yoga, and Mindfulness Meditation.

I support women to reconnect with their identity, rebuild self-trust, vision their ideal future and move through life’s transitions — whether that’s stepping into motherhood, healing after a relationship, navigating emotional trauma, or simply seeking a deeper connection to self.

For women moving through the aftermath of abuse, I offer a space to rediscover the power, clarity, and worth that has always been theirs.

At Moon I offer:

✨ 1:1 Empowerment Sessions – a space to feel seen, supported, and gently guided back to your inner strength.

At the heart of my work is a deep belief in every woman’s innate wisdom and power. I offer a grounded, supportive space for you to explore what’s next.
