Celebrating No Smoking Day by taking your first step towards quitting - whether it's cutting down or seeking support - and living a healthier life!

1. Quitting smoking reduces the risk of developing serious health conditions such as lung cancer, heart disease, and respiratory issues ❌

2. Experience increased energy levels, improved mood, and better overall quality of life as your body begins to heal from the effects of smoking ⚡️

3. Say goodbye to spending money on ci******es and hello to saving extra cash for things you truly enjoy or need 💷

Your decision to quit smoking can inspire friends and family to make positive changes for their health and well-being - tag someone who you think should try the smoke-free lifestyle!

Go to https://www.todayistheday.co.uk for information, advice and support.

The best thing a smoker can do is to quit, to protect themselves and others, and reduce the impact on NHS services.
