On Saturday, one of our young gymnast patients came back in to see Penny for her second session, working on foot mobility that had been affecting her point.
Last time, Penny gave her a small set of exercises to do at home, focused on improving strength and movement through key parts of the foot.
Just two weeks later, you can already see the difference.
For gymnasts and dancers, point plays a big part in performance and scoring, and when somethingâs not quite moving as it should, it shows.
