👶🏼 Postnatal offerings launching in the autumn. This is something that’s going to be really special for new mamas and I can’t wait to share more.

A random day in the life as a Hypnobirthing teacher 💛
I love that no two days ever look the same… it’s flexible around my little ones, filled with inspiring women, and always something new to learn.

From breastfeeding helper training, to discovering the gorgeous new , to an empowering workshop with …and ending the day prepping for clients and teaching my brilliant trainee teachers.

Feeling so grateful this is my work! ✨
