✨ A 10lb+ waterbirth at Maidstone Birth Centre 💦

At 40+5, after a long weekend of cramps and uncertainty, this amazing mama breathed her way through labour, travelled to the birth centre already 8cm dilated, and welcomed her beautiful baby boy into the water… all 10lb 3oz of him! 💛

With hypnobirthing tools, support from her partner, and encouragement from the midwives, she stayed calm, grounded and powerful throughout…even when things got intense.

This is such a powerful reminder that:

✨ Your body knows what to do
