Connecting with nature & bringing the beauty of the outdoors in on Friday afternoon 💐 We let our creative juices flow creating beautiful flower jars to brighten up bedrooms using colourful blooms 🌸 We finished the afternoon by testing our knowledge with flower themed trivia games 🌼🌷

🎬 A fantastic day of creativity and film-making, starting with a “Film Makers Morning” where residents brainstormed ideas for a short film, followed by a lively film quiz and music session with My Heart Will Go On from Titanic a clear favourite 🎶.

We also enjoyed a refreshing garden walk 🌿 and a calming Namaste session led by Naheed before heading into an exciting afternoon of filming, where residents truly shone on screen sharing their talents and hobbies, with one resident taking the lead role ⭐.

A big thank you to Bili (Activities Coordinator) for directing and filming, Chloe (Volunteer) for her support as assistant director, and Carol from the laundry team for getting involved and helping to bring everything together 🙌.

Thank you to everyone who took part and brought the film to life—it was a truly memorable day 🎥✨

We went for a lovely walk yesterday morning, surrounded by the beauty of nature and the scent of blooming flowers. Feeling grateful for those peaceful moments 🌿🌸 Looking forward to what today brings!

We had such a wonderful day today! 🌿✨

Joined by Lucy from MHA The Wilderness and our amazing volunteer Annie, we took a lovely walk through the garden, enjoyed some light exercises, and even spotted the colours of the rainbow along the way 🌈

After cooling down in the hub, we explored a sensory plant activity—guessing and smelling different plants, which everyone really enjoyed 🌱

Lucy runs these fantastic nature sessions with the activities team three times a month, and we feel so lucky to have her!

A lovely outing to Dobbies Garden Centre in Wallington today 🌷 We enjoyed a stroll around looking at the plants and gifts before taking in some fresh air while sitting in the coffee shops outdoor seating area with cappuccinos & cake which went down a treat! ☕🍰 Ron even treated us to some entertainment as we dined showing us more of his fantastic magic tricks💚

Keeping our bodies moving and getting active with this mornings armchair exercises 💪🏼🙆‍♀️🙆‍♂️ Residents have been enjoying the use of colourful scarves & resistance bands during the past few exercise sessions promoting movement in a fun and engaging way while listening to familiar songs 🎶 This afternoon was spent keeping the mind alert with a friendly game of scrabble 💛

🐬📺 What a lovely morning at MHA Hall Grange !

Swimming with dolphins was featured on TV in the Rose Community area as part of the National Dolphin Day celebrations — such an amazing experience to watch and be part of! These beautiful, intelligent creatures truly made the morning special.

We also spent some time relaxing and getting creative with crayons, colouring in and enjoying a calm, mindful moment together. 🎨💙

We marked International Plant Appreciation Day with a truly special day centred around nature, wellbeing, and togetherness 🌿

Our morning began with a gentle namaste session, accompanied by calming nature sounds and the soothing aroma of essential oils, creating a peaceful and reflective start to the day.

Residents then enjoyed a relaxing walk through the garden and into the wilderness, followed by time spent in the woodland cabin with a cosy read and friendly conversations. We made it back just in time before the thunder and rain arrived ⛈️

In the afternoon, Naheed joined us for another calming namaste session, helping everyone feel grounded, relaxed, and uplifted.

A wonderful day embracing the beauty of nature and the joy of shared moments 💚

We brought the races to us yesterday for the Grand National! 🏇 The morning kicked off with our own horse racing game, mixing in some trivia & friendly competition to get to the finish line & win prizes 🐎 🏆 In the afternoon we watched the races in style on the big screen while enjoying refreshments & sweet treats 🍰🍿🥂 Residents got into the spirit choosing which horse they thought would win the main race & reminisced on past times going to the races 💚

🌞 A Day Full of Fun, Learning & Connection! 🌿

We started our morning with a lively game of Bingo with Adrian, sharing laughs and enjoying a bit of friendly competition 🎯. It was a wonderful way to get our minds active and start the day on a high note with a box of chocolate!

Afterwards, we watched a documentary on Romani heritage, which sparked thoughtful conversations and gave us a chance to celebrate culture, history, and diversity 🌍.

In the afternoon, we stepped into our garden to enjoy the sunshine. Playing Four in a Row was a perfect mix of strategy, fun, and fresh air 🌸.

Meanwhile, our volunteers joined us for warm, friendly social chats, making the day even brighter ☕💛.
