About Nonica

Nonica graduated with Distinction in Masters of Osteopathic Medicine from The University College of Osteopathy (Formerly The British School of Osteopathy). She graduated with a first in her year and received consecutive awards for best overall academic performance for second, third and fourth years. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and a member of the Institute of Osteopathy. Nonica is a deeply caring osteopath who has experience working with people of different ages and walks of life. She has experience treating a wide variety of neuro-musculo-skeletal conditions, and her management is specifically tailored towards the patient’s needs. As an osteopath, Nonica uses her experiences and advanced understanding of body movement and mobility to assess and treat patients. She specialises in treating dancers and other performers, and is a member of the Osteopathic Performing Arts Care Association and One Dance UK. Nonica’s passion for osteopathy began to develop after receiving osteopathic treatments for injuries as an elite, international ballet and contemporary dancer. Prior to her career as an osteopath, Nonica trained at the Greek National Ballet and London Contemporary Dance School and performed internationally for 11 years.

What an amazing feeling not only to be a finalist for the Associate of the Year 2023 award, but to be Highly Commended by the prestigious , in recognition of my dedication to providing the highest standards of care, as an osteopath. This couldn't have come at a better time - following the hardest and most challenging year of my life. So, thank you, everyone, for your support, and mainly a big thank you to my patients for putting their trust in me. This means the world to me 🙏

Little friends' reunion today. Hadn't been in the studio with these guys in years! My talented friend Kindall was leading an excellent group class . 🧖‍♀️ This was exactly what I needed this Sunday afternoon to get my spine moving!
👩‍⚕️ From a practitioner's point of view, I thought that Gyrokinesis could help strengthen and support not only the spine but the whole body, whilst stimulating the nervous system at the same time, using flowing movements with no impact.
