Some of our residents recently shared that they’d love to go on a boat trip — and we made it happen!

We enjoyed a scenic boat ride from Kingston to Hampton Court, followed by a lovely picnic in the beautiful grounds of Hampton Court Palace. After some relaxing time outdoors, we took the boat back — each leg of the journey lasting about 45 minutes, giving everyone plenty of time to soak in the stunning riverside views.

A special moment was having one of our residents’ daughters join us, creating treasured memories together.

Days like this, filled with smiles and meaningful experiences, are what make our work so rewarding.

⚽️☀️ What a fantastic day at Hart’s House Care Home!
We made the most of the sunshine with a lovely day outdoors – complete with a brand-new gazebo installation and a fun football-themed setup!

Our residents had a great time soaking up the fresh air, enjoying the decorations, and sharing stories about their favourite football teams. It was smiles all around!

Residents enjoyed watching stunning Table tennis match as well 🏓
