Wellbeing fluctuates and is a normal part of our daily lives. However, sometimes we ourselves may not be fully aware of when our wellbeing is declining.

The post above shows just a few signs to look out for. Although, this list is extensive. If you think your wellbeing is declining, do not fear, rather begin to come to terms with the decline and think to yourself, “how can I make this better or easier for me to manage and cope with?”

If you cannot work this out, its not a problem! Reach out into your support network, to those who you trust and are good for your wellbeing, to support you in such times. Alternatively, you can also go beyond your network and find external help and professional help too!

Help is always there, don’t allow yourself to be trapped in such moments!

The saying; “What happened yesterday does not determine what happens tomorrow”, is definitely a powerful one!

Do not allow your past to dictate your future. To ‘learn, adapt and grow’, are key elements of life. If we prevent such things in life, how can one ever expect to move forward?

Open new doors for yourself! There is a whole world you have not yet experienced, be open to change and be open to new things to allow these elements to flourish. Continue learning, adapt if necessary and keep growing!

The person you were yesterday does not have to be the person you want to be in the future! Keep your chin up! The world is your oyster!

Therapists and other psychological professionals are human beings too!

We are not perfect nor do we know everything. We are mediums to help individuals and support them in their mental health journeys.

We do not hold a magic key to make things better instantly, but rather have qualities which we have attained to work with you in becoming a better version of you!

If your therapist is having an off day, know that they are still trying to support, they are still present and are there for you! It is completely natural if they do not have an answer for you or have a ‘blank’ moment. So, please be mindful!

Therapy requires a bond between professionals and clients… work together so that successful outcomes can be achieved!

Life is full of lessons which we can gain knowledge from and use to help pave a way for us to become better.

Even the smallest things, like a board game for instance! You can learn so much from games it’s unbelievable!

In the post above you can see just a few lessons which can be learned from board games.

Never undervalue the small things in life which can indirectly or directly provide you with tools to improve!

Thoughts are amazing and curious things. They can be both positive and negative. However, we shouldn’t always trust our thoughts especially if they are negative!

Do not allow yourself to fall into a trap or spiral of allowing negativity to run your life. Rather, if you are experiencing troubled thoughts, reach out and get help! You do not have to combat your thoughts alone!

Take care of your mind and thoughts! As they can determine a number of factors, some of which are not good for your mental health at all!

The phrase “your future self is begging you not to look back” literally means keep moving forward!

Take the lessons you learn and grow from them. Never look back at the things which affected you deeply and prevented you from becoming the best version of you!

Take each step as they come. The journey is not easy, but keep going!

The heart is another crucial organ of the human body. It plays huge significance in mental health and wellbeing. The heart and the mind have a very strong relation, do not forget that!

This is why, for the benefit of your mental wellbeing, do not allow just anyone to gain a space in your heart. Keep those who benefit you in emotional, physical and spiritual support close! Anyone who is not giving you fulfilment is a tenant that needs evicting!

The heart and mind are crucial… if you want to live a healthier and more sufficient lifestyle then analyse those worth keeping and those that are not!

Relationships can be complicated but broken down they can become easier!

Its so important to understand how it takes 3 elements to create a stronger relation.

Having a better understanding of yourself alongside your partner having an understanding of themselves too should create a better overall bond between eachother.

This is also crucial to the wellbeing and mental health of those involved in the relationship. Never overlook these 3 key elements! They really can make all the difference.

Are you an overthinker?

Don’t worry, we all are in someway, shape or form. Everyone experiences moments of overthinking, sometimes without even realising.

Not to worry though, there are various ways to change your mentality or help cope with such thoughts causing a strain on your mind.

Our minds can be beautiful and equally stressful. Don’t think you have to endure them alone.

Try talking to someone, even a professional to help you open up and understand your thoughts better. That way you can begin to tackle each one and eventually develop the tools necessary to improve your mental health!

Try not to overlook overthinking. It can be quite simple to manage with the right support 🙌🏼

To grow, is to embrace the changes we experience. Its about finding beauty in even the smallest things or even the things which taught us lessons. Without coming to terms with the past, we cannot expect to move forward or develop.

As much as growth is tough, the journey can be a beautiful one! Just imagine the flowers that can blossom and flourish from drops of water... now imagine how your mind can change, heal and grow just from taking a few healthy steps.

Growth is scary... but it is worthwhile when you see the garden you have created for yourself at the end!

Keep going and keep growing!
