Our hooping sessions were put on hold for a few days due to the weather conditions in Sicily. But here we are, back again.. Hula hooping and shaking our bodies.

My friend Jo and I decided recently that we will support and motivate eachother to keep healthy and fit. I am a few months ahead of her in my hooping training but I am sure doing this together will keep us more motivated and definitely it will be more fun.
