Is not even middle of December, yet I already feel more drained, overwhelmed and stressed this month, than I did in the previous eleven. So, I’d like to share what's actually helping me stay Centered and Balanced (most of the time at least, with the mixture of crazy perimenopausal overload, anxiety, grief and 1 million of other emotions 😉😅):

1. When you think, ensure that your thoughts are positive and supportive. By doing so, you'll feel better, and within you, a sense of self-worth will blossom. ( that doesn't mean that you need to oust those "bad" thoughts)

2. As you breathe, take deep breaths through your belly, inhaling Peace and Love. Only then will your body relax, and your mind will reach a state of bliss.

3. When you look around, seek out Beauty and Kindness. By shifting your focus to the positive, you'll start to notice more of it in your surroundings.

4. When you feel anger, sadness or despair, allow yourself to express it, if only for a moment. Embrace that intensity, even if it may disturb those around you. It’s far better to release it now than to let it simmer inside and potentially manifest as illness or discomfort later.

5. When you cry, let it flow like a River, a powerful release of sadness, scarcity and pain. This my help liberate your Soul, Mind, and Body from years of suffering and accumulated emotions.

6. When you find yourself in silence or loneliness, embrace it fully. Become one with the silence, allowing yourself to connect deeply with your essence, your Soul, and your inner self.

7. When you're on the brink of giving up, turn toward Hope and Trust. Only through complete Surrender can you experience the Miracles and Divine support of the Universe, transforming the "impossible" into possibilities.

Last year, I embarked on a profound journey into the art of fascial release — a voyage beyond the surface, into the silent depths of our being. Why is the face so interesting and therapeutically "useful" for us?


1.The face is close to the cerebral cortex. It is connected to it directly through the cranial nerves. Hence, the stimulation of face maps has a strong, undisturbed effect on the conection of the brain centers, as well as a reflex effect on the entire body. This has long been proven by neurophysiology;

2. The face occupies the largest sensory and motor surface in the brain. See Penfield / homunculus maps. This indicates a special functional role for these areas and the strongest interaction in reflex therapies;

3. The facial area corresponds to the amygdala, which influences the body's patterns of reaction to stress and emotional reactions. Facial therapy builds resistance to physical and mental stress, and the calmness induced by facial stimulation is incomparable to any other relaxation. The body loves therapies around the face and the cocktail of neurotransmitters that is created then resembles ... a hormonal cocktail ... of lovers!

4. The face and the rest of the body are made of many layers. It is a brilliantly designed "sandwich" made of skin, muscles, fascia and bones, with nerves and vessels in between. Each tissue has a different specialization, one lying on top of the other, drawing on it or supporting it.

In facial reflexology, we work with the nervous tissue and partly with muscles, thanks to which we gain access to the nervous system, stimulate the growth of neural networks, and stimulate self-healing;

September is the first month at an higher price.
So much training behind me that it's finally time to honor myself, my talents and competences.

What I invite you to is to work with the body and discover your innerself.

September is also a time of new cooperation for me. On Sundays and Mondays I will be treating at the Harmony & Beauty salon in Hanwell.

Autumn is also about learning more about fascial release.

And this I will share with you and implement in your treatments.

Reflexology, of course remains.

This work with the body, emotions and regulation of the nervous system, is such an amazing support. It doesn't stops to amaze me, and it's been 6 years since I entered this path.
