My first two recipe ebooks are ready for you🤩!

I am thrilled to announce that I managed to put together this collection of 50 simple, healthy and delicious recipes that I chose, tried and tested to get you started with heart-healthy, cholesterol-friendly cooking.
Recipes For A Healthy Heart ebook includes recipes for smoothies, soups, salads, wraps, mains, side dishes, and my favourite desserts.
All suggested meals are prepared with commonly available wholesome ingredients taking inspiration from recommended cardiovascular eating patterns like the Mediterranean, Portfolio, and DASH.
All recipes use extra virgin olive oil as their primary cooking oil. On top of that, for healthy fats, they include fatty fish like mackerel and salmon and plant-based healthy fats from avocado and nuts while keeping saturated fat to a minimum. In addition, they are low in sugar and have high-fibre content, which will help minimise spikes in your blood sugar and insulin levels, which is paramount for optimal cholesterol and overall health.
In addition, each recipe contains information about nutrients that are significant in heart-healthy cooking, such as types of fats, carbohydrates, fibre, proteins, sodium, potassium and magnesium.
And, as a special introductory offer, I am pleased to add for FREE another eBook Healthy Party Buffet Recipe Book with 50 delicious buffet recipes for parties and special occasions that will help you host the perfect gathering, whatever the occasion (while still being cholesterol-friendly and nutrient-dense). So impress your guest by choosing from this inspiring collection of fabulous healthy recipes for finger food, nibbles, dips, party snacks and buffet dishes. EBook worth ÂŁ10.00 is absolutely free for now (offer valid until 22th of November).
Both ebooks are available in user-friendly digital PDF format, easy to access from devices like computers, iPads or phones.
You can find both books here: https://nutrisite.co.uk/resources/
Ps. I might make some free updates to the books in the future (like extra features or content). Please thick the product update subscription box on the payment page if you want to receive that.

Eating foods with fat is definitely part of a healthy diet. Dietary fats are a type of nutrient in food. "Fat" used to be a bad word in nutrition. But dietary fats have many important functions in your body. They give you energy, keep your body warm, build cells, protect your organs, help your body absorb vitamins from foods, and make hormones that help your body work the way it should. The three types of dietary fats have different chemical structures and physical properties. The saturated and trans fats, tend to be more solid at room temperature (like butter and margarine). Monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats tend to be more liquid (like canola oil, and olive oil). Choose foods with unsaturated fats especially omega 3 and omega 9, limit foods high in saturated fats, and avoid “bad” trans fats.

Next to cholesterol, triglycerides are the most important measurement in the lipid panel. High triglycerides may contribute to the hardening of the arteries or the thickening of the artery walls (arteriosclerosis) — which increases the risk of stroke, heart attack and heart disease. Extremely high triglycerides can also cause acute pancreas inflammation (pancreatitis). High triglycerides and low HDL levels are associated with a significantly increased risk of coronary heart disease. Some basic lifestyle factors have been shown in human research to have beneficial effects on lowering elevated triglycerides. Check the infographic below.
