Vitamins are organic compounds that our body uses in very small amounts for various metabolic processes.🌸

👉Different vitamins serve different purposes and contribute to different bodily functions. In total there are 13 vitamins, 8 of which belong to the vitamin B group.

Vitamins are necessary for the body to fully function, which in turn allows us to feel healthy and in remain in high spirits.
We usually get vitamins from the foods we eat.🌱

However, most of us have an unbalanced diet and the necessary amount of vitamins does not enter the body.
This is where special biological food supplements or vitamin complexes come in.

One of the world’s most common disorders of the immune system — ALLERGY!
Different types of allergies are distinguished depending on the causative agent: seasonal, food, pet allergy, domestic, etc.

Today we will talk in more detail about seasonal allergies👇

🌸Seasonal allergy or pollinosis (from the word pollen) is an allergic disease that is caused by plant pollen and is characterized by acute inflammatory changes in the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract and eyes.

This disease is observed during the flowering period of certain plants, has a pronounced seasonality.

📈Today, it is known that 3-4% of the world’s people suffer from pollinosis. Pollen is mostly a protein that is carried by wind or insects over long distances. That’s why people get sick with pollinosis both in the city and in the countryside.

Recommendations for prevention of exacerbation:
*during the flowering season, limit exposure to the air, do not open windows in the car;
*after coming from the street, it is mandatory to wash hands, eyes with water, nose with saline solutions, or even better, take a shower with hair washing, change all clothes;
*hang open windows with wet sheets to prevent dust and pollen;
*carry out wet cleaning at home daily;
*exclude from the diet foods that may contain pollen, etc. parts of relevant plants;
*wear sunglasses;
*avoid the use of chemicals at home as much as possible.
