New Yoga Class - Tuesday's only from 10 to 11 am - 'CHIRON' Yoga

This is a more dynamic class for those who are committed to their physical and spiritual growth and willing to step into their potency. Yogis who know that they have a contribution to make to this planet and require support and inspiration.

We are using yoga shred sequences as well as strong and powerful Kundalini breathing and meditation exercises.

This is a 60 min class that may include sound therapy and other healing techniques depending on who shows up to class. Prepare to sweat and commit to your practice.

About Chiron:

Chiron was a Greek mythological archetype, a seer, teacher, and astrologer. He was part centaur and part human. Upon birth he was rejected by his parents and wounded. His journey was about integrating and healing all parts of himself and learn more about all aspects and the mysteries of life, spirit and healing.

Chiron is also a small solar system body in the outer solar system, orbiting the sun between saturn and uranus, detected in 1977 and influencing our birth charts.

Chiron is where we feel different because we are and this is our magic.
