A special milestone for Joonbyrd 🇳🇱✨

I’m so pleased to share that Joonbyrd has officially launched in the Netherlands with . As part of their recent Press Day in Amsterdam, I had the opportunity to introduce our science-led approach to body care and connect with the Skins community in person.

Very excited for what’s ahead in the Netherlands!

New year check-in: still sticking to your resolutions? 💫

One of the simplest ways I keep habits going is by quietly stacking them onto things I already do (sometimes in ways that might be slightly questionable but still highly effective).

Curious - do you find habit stacking helpful? And what’s a habit you’ve paired in an unexpected way?

This week in ’s The Many Departments of You, we’re championing our Dreamer selves. ✨

The part of you that lets your mind wander.

“Dreaming, after all, is a form of planning.” Gloria Steinem

Before dermatology, little Alexis had a sweet tooth and dreamed she’d be a pastry chef. Dreams evolve and our windy paths change, but that sense of possibility matters just as much now as it did then. Maybe even more so.

So tell me, what did you want to be when you grew up? 💭

With less sun and more recovery time, winter is an ideal moment to think beyond the face - and give body skin the same attention. 👀

Here are three in-clinic body treatments that can make a meaningful difference:

✨ Morpheus8™ Body - supports texture, firmness and crepiness by stimulating collagen deeper within the skin.
💧 Profhilo® Body - a hyaluronic acid skin booster that improves hydration and skin quality, especially in areas like the knees.
💡 Laser & light-based treatments - effective for pigmentation, redness, scarring and uneven tone across the body.

Body skin changes just as facial skin does - and there are thoughtful, evidence-led options to support it.

Have questions about body treatments or where to start? I’m always happy to help guide 💬

Skin health reset ⏱️

Starting a new year often comes with rethinking habits - so this year, I’d like to challenge you (and myself!) to think about your skin not as something to treat, but as an active part of your overall health.

Skin responds to how you rest, nourish yourself and care for your body day to day. Small, consistent habits matter far more than quick fixes.

Where are you starting your skin health reset?

Jumping on the 10 years ago trend because apparently 2016 was a whole decade…and I can barely remember yesterday.

That year was full of family, friends and fun - and the big 4-0.

🇲🇽 Mexico adventures with my 3 fave people
🎂 Turning 40 (my pink hair era)
🤍 Ibiza girls trip - forever my happy place
🎓 Summer shenaningans with uni friends
🏃‍♀️ Family Olympics on Martha’s Vineyard (competition mode fully activated)
🐕 Our first year with Jimmy Chew
❤️ And lots of family moments I’ll always hold onto

Time flies. The good bits really stick.
