Jaco grew up in Grahamstown in the Eastern Cape. He is an avid sportsman, playing most sports offered at school and playing club cricket at varsity. Jaco is a keen golfer and currently plays golf as much as his wife allows. Jaco qualified with a Master’s Degree in Chiropractic from the Durban University of Technology in 2014, completing his Master’s Dissertation on ‘Chiropractic Treatment of Neck Pain in KwaZulu-Natal’. Additional courses he has completed in areas of interest include:
McKenzie Therapy Part A and B
Advanced Spinal and Extremity Manipulation Courses
Kinesiotaping
Various Sports Injury and Rehabilitation Courses
FAKTR – Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehabilitation
Biomechanics and Chiropractic Treatment of Golfers

Jaco is a registered Allied Health Professions Council of South Africa practitioner, and Chiropractic Association of South Africa Member.
