We lead such busy and intense lives, especially in a city like London! When I discovered sound therapy for the first time, I felt lighter instantly—calmer and more grounded. The effects of the session stayed with me even the next day. I felt more curious, positive, and motivated, as if a grey cloud above me has been moved.

Of course, everyone’s experience is different, and each time you experience sound, it’s different too. You are different each time and so is what you bring with you into the room.

Whether you’re completely new or continuing your self-exploration through sound, I invite you to join me next Wednesday, 25th June at 7 PM at studio & event space on Valentine Road (more info in my bio).

The first soundbath of the New Year will take place tonight, January 6th, at 7:30 PM, at Paper Dress Yoga.

This is a beautiful opportunity to align with the energy of fresh beginnings. ✨

January carries a unique spiritual resonance, offering a chance to set intentions, release what no longer serves us, and plant the seeds for growth in 2025. As we gather so close to the start of the year, this soundbath will help us connect with clarity, balance, and alignment for the journey ahead.

We have the wonderful Laura Klovaite joining us again at the beautiful Hilltop Kitchen and it promises to be a truly magical night.
