🌊 1) Feeling Sound – Closing the Year
Our last monthly Feeling Sound session of 2025 at studio & event space

🌙 2) Winter Solstice All-Night Gong Puja (Brighton)
A very special once-a-year experience ✨
🗓 Saturday 20th December
🕗 20:00 – 06:30
📍 Energy for Life, Brighton (75 Sussex St, Brighton and Hove, BN2 0GQ)
An all-night immersive gong journey through the longest night of the year, held by me and two wonderful sound therapy practitioners ( & @). A space for deep rest, reflection, release, and renewal as dawn breaks and the light slowly returns.
This is always a powerful, unforgettable night 🤍
