Upcoming Monday is 50% booked already, Act fast to snag the first of the sessions offered in our new treatment space. We are thrilled to introduce Harriet, who is taking on Mondays in the space. Navigate to Appointments in Momence to book.

Harriet is a warm, intuitive massage therapist whose diverse background deeply informs her nurturing approach to bodywork. After several years working as an NHS nurse, she felt called to explore a more holistic path – one that honours the mind-body connection and supports healing on all levels.

She trained at City Lit, gaining her Level 3 in Holistic Massage, and has since gone on to complete certifications in Deep Tissue & Advanced Massage Techniques, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Pregnancy/Postnatal Massage. Her treatments are rooted in slow, flowing strokes and deep, responsive pressure, designed to ease tension, regulate the nervous system, and restore a sense of balance.

Harriet draws inspiration from her time living in India, where she studied the ancient healing traditions of Ayurveda. Her work gently integrates these principles, bringing presence, intention, and a strong awareness of the body’s natural rhythms into each session.
