Join us at Sauna & Plunge for a guided contrast ritual, empowering movement, cacao, and meaningful conversation, all held in our warm, social spa space.

This event is part of HerSpace at Sauna & Plunge, our monthly evening designed for women, by women. A space to slow down, reconnect, and share meaningful moments together.

This month, we’re collaborating with the incredible & Empowerment Club to bring you an uplifting movement session and facilitated connection designed to help you feel strong, open, and energised.

This isn’t about pushing harder or optimising everything. It’s about slowing down, having fun, and reconnecting to yourself and the women around you.
