Each one needs careful and considered management so get the right diagnosis and treatment early on.

Foot and ankle injuries and surgeries take time to recover from. You’ll always see people posting on social media about how quickly they healed. If it were always that easy, we would never need doctors, physiotherapists, nurses and other health professionals.

Think positive, follow the rehab advice and give it time.
