Chair Yoga is a great way to keep the body moving. It can be beneficial if you sit at a desk all day, are pregnant or have an illness or limited mobility that means mat based classes are not accessible.
I already teach chair yoga but I am looking to expand my offering. Dina is a very experienced teacher, so I know there will be all sorts of goodness to learn. 🪑🧘🏼♀️
