Ever weigh yourself to try and gauge your progress? Ever felt the frustration when the scale reads out the same number for days on end?

You aren’t alone. Turns out there are powerful reasons why your weight may stay constant despite a cut in calories. 💦

…Enter water weight 💦

One reason the scale may not be reading a decrease in weight when dieting is that the body may retain water in the rapidly emptying fat cells. When fat is lost, the adipose cell can take on extra water in an attempt to maintain structural integrity. 💦

Think of it this way – if you didn’t have enough bricks to build your house, you would try and build the house out of similarly block shaped objects. 💦

✨From being too tight to too big in just 6 weeks! 👗

✨ Lisa B made the mistake of buying quite a few items of clothing in the next size down. She tried them on after 4-6 weeks and they all ended up too big 😂. Needless to say they ended up listed for sale.

✨ Lisa's tip when you start, is only buy 1-2 items in the next size down as you'll be surprised at how much your body changes and how quickly! 😃 You don't want to waste your money.

✨ Lisa has also found that her taste in clothes has changed too. She has no idea what her style is just yet but she's sure she will once she hits target💪🏻🎉💯

🌀 Blitz 300ml water, 2 tsp mam & 1 tsp coconut flavouring
⏳Leave to set

🍧 Mousse 🍧
🥄 Add 1 tsp mam to half a sachet of vanilla shake
💧 Whisk in 75ml water, layer onto jelly & leave for 5 mins

🍋 Chop half a lemon bar & sprinkle on top
