"When you look back, you see the difference it’s made. I’ve been using a mixture of products from CBII for over two months now and I’m really impressed with how it makes me feel. I started using the oils after a very stressful period in my life and felt I needed something to help me calm down. ⁠

I suffer with anxiety and nervousness and I haven’t experienced these problems since starting. I’ve been sleeping much better, sleeping all the way through the night, where previously I would wake up for the loo and struggle to get back to sleep. I haven’t been having headaches regularly like before and I swear my skin is better, less irritated and spotty. ⁠

How do you know if you're choosing quality CBD oil?⁠ 👇

Not all CBD products are created equal. CBD products can vary in quality, efficacy, and even safety 🛡️

🤍 Look out for independent testing certificates that verify the amount of CBD in the product.⁠

🤍 Look for a product that’s made with high-quality ingredients, produced well and consistent.⁠

🤍 If possible, select products that are backed by science, awards and validated by the Food Standards Agency.

Does CBD really help with sleep? 🤔⁠ ⁠

In a recent CBII survey, 86% of consumers said that CBD oils helped them with falling asleep faster and enjoying more hours of sleep.⁠

In the last decade, growing public interest in the benefits of CBD has encouraged researchers to study its effects. Early studies suggest that high dosages of CBD may support sleep and improve sleep duration. ⁠

Research also showed that the levels of cortisol, the stress hormone in the body, typically peak in the mornings, but people with insomnia may have high cortisol levels at night which can result in an increased number of nighttime awakenings.⁠

In one study on the effects of CBD, researchers found that cortisol levels decreased more significantly when participants took 300 or 600 mg of CBD oil. These results suggest that CBD affects the release of cortisol, relaxing the body which can make sleep easier to come by. ⁠

Can I take CBD with coffee? ☕ ⁠

According to our CBD expert , combining CBD with coffee seems to be generally safe and possibly synergistic. ⁠

"In fact, CBD can make coffee more effective by slowing down the breakdown of caffeine; and can simultaneously combat and reduce the anxiety-inducing effects caused by caffeine. I’ve read multiple reports of people saying CBD 'takes the edge off' the coffee jitters."⁠
