The recent Astrological planetary activity consisting of multiple planetary retrogrades, have activated profound energies and big changes on our planet, these changes are imminent for the Ascending as nothing in ascending self will be the same after this year, mentally, physically, spiritually and energetically as many ascending will be entering a new world and creating a new life, a new way of being and a new path forward, the accelerated awakening is rapidly increasing in momentum.

There have been noticeable transformations and changes in many who are experiencing ascension. These changes were accompanied by significant surges of ascension energy which can at different times cause Ascension system overload resulting in feelings of exhaustion and possibly temporary feelings of system depletion.

Healing the Shadow within is extremely fundamental to Ascension as well as developing genuine self love, the shadow is a darker reflection of self and a powerful teacher that reveals the places in life where the self is energetically blocked. Ignoring these signs perpetuates the cycles of our own self suffering.

The Void is experienced in the shadow healing space during Ascension. Where you feel totally out of place with the outside world, you may feel invisible for a time, not feeling confident or feel like you don’t have the strength in life any more after having been broken down so many times, but you are not broken or flawed in any way, you are in the Void. Symptoms of the Void: Heightened ascension symptoms, that seem to change daily or weekly. You feel like you have lost your shine and possibly feel disconnected to everything including source light for a time.

In this space, Everything may feel like it’s going Wrong. You may feel lost like you have no idea what you should be doing, no motivation for things that once lit you up seems to have vanished in thin air, and where even the basic tasks eg cooking, cleaning or working, socialising feel pointless. Time feels strange and suspended like you are in a holding zone or stuck in limbo.

In this space you may feel disconnected from others, but deeply aware that something much bigger is occurring. Anxiety, fear, helplessness, vertigo sore or dry eyes, skin irritations, intense headaches, muscular pain, joint pain, spaciness exhaustion, fast heartbeats, shortness of breath, intense emotions, grief, sadness, loss, emptiness.

Ultimately, Everything not of love and truth within the physical body must leave. The void space is part of shadow work that consists of total self honesty and true self discovery. There is no way to conscious evolution without removing the debris of duality. Any thing dense, toxic, inappropriate and dark that was accumulated over this life and many life times will be removed.

There is no avoiding this stage, it can feel extremely difficult and can continue on for a long period of time. Self identity must transform into authenticity. The Ego begins to collapse in this void state and this is why it can feel extremely challenging and exhausting. The ego will reject and resist surrender in this state of being.

The past self version was made up of who we thought we needed to be in order to gain acceptance in the world. This meant the true self was contaminated with false indoctrination and programming.

The Void is a stage that is experienced in the shadow work journey, to ascend there is no escaping this. In this space, everything of the false self ( ego) will be stripped away. We don’t go into a new self we return to who we always were, before the outer world told us who we had to be. We are Starseeds and We have not come to this planet to fit in, even though we always thought we did.

The Void state is over all a temporary experience, however this can last up to several years. It is not just this life time we are healing, it is all previous life expressions on this planet. The Old and most evolved Souls will have the most to clear, however because they are consciously connected to source and more experienced they embody the skills, tools, talents, wisdom, patience and attributes to work through it effectively. Less experienced Souls may likely need more outside help and assistance in navigating various stages of ascension.

Many Starseed Individuals have gone through childhood trauma and did not have the opportunity to discover their true identity or self-love before experiencing it. Therefore, their healing process is about finding their identity and authentically loving the self for the first time rather than regaining remnants of love from the previous life.

Ascending individuals are among the most lacking in self-love on this planet. Evolved souls are self love deficient and learning for the first time to value and love the self in ways they have not yet experienced in the human form and conditioning ,

This means making the self a priority, the primary focus of self respect, rebuilding genuine self confidence rather than it coming from the false ego, now consciously birthing in to a truthful reality, higher awareness and beliefs, honouring feelings in self that were once neglected, developing self empathy in deeper levels of understanding and compassion, consciously loving and healing all aspects within.

This is the most important work on our ascending planet. Creating within what was not developed and lacking in child hood. This is a complex inner work process, there are no short cuts to this necessary development, the conscious work in self is done in multiple layers, levels and involves clearing false conditioning in the subconscious mind as the transforming and evolving self is expansive and infinite.

Self Love does not always come natural especially for the ascending. This is mainly due to the false infiltrated programming embedded in the cellular memories and inherited into the Akashic experiences.

After carrying past wounds for far too long, the ascending may have noticed attracting similar situations, struggles, and attachments throughout life, they are now living in their truth and reaching much higher levels of consciousness, having outgrown who the self once was.

The Age of Aquarius is illuminating what we need to know more of, uncovering hidden truths buried deeper in the subconscious recesses of the mind, this lingering energy is clearing energetic shadow residue in Self. Many are now moving towards new and higher timelines, and many are ending karmic connections and experiencing karmic completions.

After experiencing significant changes and releasing old patterns, it is always helpful to allow time for integrating energetic shifts. The Ascending have now created the energetic space for new experiences in new earth existence, there may be a sense of a temporary void experience for some and feelings of disconnection and dissociating, possibly feeling suspended for a time.
