Give the year your own do-over with Elephant's $4 Maitri mini-course. It won't make 2026 magically "better." It won't make you "better." But—it may help you to feel at home in your body and mind. (Even on the days you'd rather throw in the towel.) 👉🏼 https://bit.ly/21DaysTonicfortheseTimes

So much healing happens in the quiet moments - sitting, walking, laughing, doing nothing special with someone who lets you be exactly as you are. No fixing. No impressing. No armor required. Safety like that isn’t dramatic, but it’s deeply regulating - and it changes us over time.

Drop a 💞 if you’re grateful for even one person who feels like this to you.

⭐ Drop this to someone who makes life feel easier just by being there.

Are you listening? Their voice is there. The things you learned in childhood echo inside of you. Your inner child understanding everything in the present through their lense. Those unexpected reactions you've been having? They could be a sign of that inner child going unheard. That uneasiness in your tummy? Your inner child might be feeling unsafe.

In therapy we can learn to make space for their tiny voice. Using the information they give us to either inform decisions or check in with ourselves. Is this reaction inside about what's really going on? Or has this connected with something from my past?

I love inner child work. It can be deep and so impactful. It intimidated me when I first learned about this concept that me from the past is always there. But there's comfort there too - I'm the one person who can never abandon me. It's true for you too. Your inner child is always there. You are always with them, whether you listen in to their voice or not.

Our Story

I am passionate about growing and learning through non-directed play and creativity. Imagination opens a whole universe of possibilities as well as enhancing our relationships with ourselves, our children and other adults. Sometimes relationships become stuck in a negative rut, using playful ideas I can help you to put the fun back into them! I offer counselling/therapeutic support to adults/adolescents and children, support for parents/carers/teachers who would like to improve their relationships and attachments through play plus Clinical Supervision for Counsellors and others who work in helping professions.
