We all make plans to get things done, whether it be fitness goals, work or general life admin!
The truth is, sometimes life and how you’re feeling can get in the way! I’d made plans to do this weeks posts, clean the house, go visit a friend but no, I overtrained my calves, can barely walk, woke up feeling like s**t yesterday and got FA done! But you know what….that’s ok!
Its ok not to feel 100%, we are human after all! It’s a good idea to listen to our bodies and think what would be best…get stuff done or focus on recovery? The chances are, when you’re recovered you’ll do a better job with the plans you make! Tomorrow is another day! 😁
