This 60-minute breath-based practice is a fun, challenging style of yoga set to an energising playlist. With no set sequences, you’ll explore different directions to target all body parts. Whether you’re working on shoulders, hips, or backbends, this class is for everyone with an open mind.

Kickstart your week with Ana Wood’s IHP class. This holistic practice blends movement, mindfulness, and strength for a truly transformative experience. Ana loves working with those who embrace the challenge and never give up. This class is fun, motivating, and delivers results.
