Virabhadrasana II (Warrior II) requires more than physical steadiness. It asks us to show up fully, to stay present, even when it’s uncomfortable, and to explore what it means to dedicate ourselves - not just to the practice, but to ourselves. 💫
🌸Dedication - Press your feet into the earth. Root deeply. Keep showing up, even when your legs shake.
🌷Focus - Gaze steady over your front hand. Let the mind follow the breath. Notice when it wanders, and bring it back.
🌺Commitment - Stay here. Hold space. Honour the pose, honour the body, honour the courage it takes to be fully present.
Warrior II is about the choice to meet ourselves where we are, fully awake and fully alive. 💕🙌🏽
