Garudasana (Eagle arms) holds intensity and softness at the same time.

Shoulders hug in, upper back wakes up, breath stays curious.

If the shape feels a little weird and unfamiliar, good. The bind may be slightly messy, also good. Try to stay with the sensation, not the shape.
