Main key pointers to remember 🙌🏻

🔹3 balanced meals
🔸2 snacks under 200 calories and at least 10g protein ( more protein is good )
🔹Extra protein snack within 30 minutes of working out.
🔸Space your meals and snacks evenly every 2.5-3 hours throughout the day to fuel your body correctly so your metabolism is working properly
🔹️Do NOT skip meals or snacks
🔸️If mixing shakes with milk then Soy or almond is best
🔹️If mixing shakes with water and pdm you can use 1 or 2 scoops of pdm
🔸️You must ALWAYS use 2 scoops of F1
🔹️If you don't have a scoop, 2 slightly heaped tbsps
🔹Aim for 3 litres of water per day ,the more water ,the better the products work ,great for weightloss and keeping you full
🔸Take pictures and measurements and stay off the scales (aka the sad step)
🔹Your daily protein target is your weight in kg x 1.5 and the answer is the amount of protein in grams you need per day .This is just a guide so if feel hungry ,check how much protein or your water intake is xx
