"For those of you who only know me for my acting,
I trained as a Breathworker in 2002 after discovering the incredible benefits and immense love I felt when I breathed in this awesome way. I like so many others, carried around a huge amount of trauma that years of therapy had not totally freed me of. Today I walk so much lighter and happier. I live life passionately and joyously and I breathe for the wisdom that gets downloaded every time, and the euphoric bliss that I feel".
"My love of music, dance and cacao then led me to train to be an Ecstatic Dance DJ. My music sets are high vibe alignments straight from the divine! We dance from our hearts, the cacao and the music allowing us to dance freely and joyously. It really is the highest vibrational spiritual practise there is!"

Luisa will be offering her Big Soul Breathe. This is unlike any other type of breathwork. It is best described as circular, connected, rhythmical breathing where you not only inhale vast amounts of oxygen, but also life force, medicine & light.

Join Luisa for her "FreedOM Ecstatic Dance". Starting with a simple sacred Cacao Ceremony, the first part of the dance is guided, getting us out of our heads and into our bodies. The music builds and builds until everyone is dancing wildly. Ending the dance lying down listening to sacred grounding sounds.
