New Friday morning bi-monthly circle
This week saw the first of my bi-monthly Friday morning sharing circles with vocal toning. New to vocal toning - not sure why we’d do this? Read on:
In this sister circle, as usual we’ll gather in a gentle, supportive space to be witnessed in what’s alive for us in the moment, using a talking stick-style sharing practice where each woman is invited to speak from the heart while others listen without interruption or advice. We’ll open and close the circle with a short grounding meditation to help us settle in and connect and share rose tea and snacks. As part of the morning, we’ll pull oracle cards for reflection and take part in a chakra vocal toning practice, using humming or *bija* (seed) mantras, supported by the warm drone of my shruti box.
Chakras are the body’s seven main energy centres, running from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Each chakra is linked to a specific note, colour and *bija* mantra – a short, potent sound syllable that carries the vibrational essence of that energy centre. These mantras are important because their unique vibrations help to activate, balance, and clear each chakra, especially when combined with visualising the chakra’s colour.
This practice also stimulates the vagus nerve, helping to regulate the nervous system and promote emotional wellbeing. When we hum and tone together in a group, the blended resonance of our voices deepens the effect, creating a powerful sense of calm, connection and shared experience that is deeply nourishing for body, mind, and spirit.

I'm excited to welcome 6 lovely souls for our retreat day today, the sun is trying it's hardest to comply with my request for a sunny and warm woodland walk and dry fire later, nature looks abundant and lush and the birds are out in full song 😀

This is a very interesting listen, it aligns with my instincts all along.. as soon as the tech appeared i felt both dark and light in it.. my belief in oracle tools and quantum theories says I should trust my instincts more .. used with the similar levels of protections ie correct and precise ‘prompts’ and clarity on what you want to bring forward and what you don’t I think it could be an amazing evolutionary tool.. and force for good - as a TOOL! not for assimilation or take over of humanity, robbing us of our souls 🤓

Light workers might need to step up and get tech savvy if not already to meet the dark where it’s currently at ✨✨

Dear Sister

Full moon 🌕 with South London Pagans, ceremony with Trefor Wickens and David Hamblin from NWK Pagans, thanks to all that came and made the evening and seasonal celebration after special 💜🌟

My next full moon fire (and winter solstice/ yule celebration) is now Saturday Dec 15th. It’s a combined gathering with South London Pagans and other like minded local community.

We will have a full moon ritual lead by Trefor Wickens, a local traditional witch, tuning into the full moon by the fire next to ancient woodland.. bring drums and instruments and snacks to share!

We will be using the house to socialise after the fire so it's possible to heat snacks and drinks :)
