I more than often hear or come across in daily work-life "I have been misunderstood" or actually "Did I misrepresented?" Which it does makes me Aww, how do I deal to reduce my anxiety level?

Answer: Gestures/Body language understanding

Body language is a form of non-verbal communication. It is our postures,gestures and the body moves we make that send signals which speaks louder than words.

Mental health often being observed in the people at work being misunderstood or having unexpressive attitudes. But, learning has no age limit, we can always uncover ways of experiences to make our life more pleasant or blissful just by making small changes.

I have been asked today morning, to write about Narcissistic behavior by my one close friend to create more awareness among other's as she been put under mental strain/abuse during her relationship by the partner.

Especially, when in a relationship. How do we define a Narcissist behavior? Excessive self-conceit or interest in one's physical appearance & societal image, alongwith preoccupation with one's own needs & using others as a source of supply.

Narcissistic toolbox comprises-- Creating self-doubt, blame-game, Ignoring consequences, Repeating phrases like "It's your fault always", and many more.
I have never understood the need to dominate any relationship or being. Making other feel worthless or beneath you just to seek pleasure is inhumane.

Do we really need to tolerate or help them? I would say equality is humanity. Mental health can be sometimes invisible or undiagnosable, if left for long untreatable devastating the consequences. It's time we come forward and help each other in the right direction.

The true cause of anxiety is being a human being, gifted with the capacity to imagine a future. All we need to do, is think before we act what we do? Sounds very simple, easier said than done.

As a mental state of apprehension about what might, or might not, lie ahead, anxiety reflects uncertainty about future circumstances, whether regarding oneโ€™s own health, job, or love life, or climate change or a downturn in the economy.
