🌟 Stop the Pressure Week at Candlewood! 🌟 WHAT MATTERS TO ME! This week, we proudly took part in Stop the Pressure Week, raising awareness about the prevention of pressure ulcers and promoting better wellbeing for the people we care for. We were delighted to welcome Tissue Viability Nurses from OUR EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS , who joined us to share their expertise and support our team. Their visit made the day both educational and inspiring. At Candlewood, we focused on “What Matters to Me”, ensuring that every resident’s comfort, dignity, and individual needs guide the way we deliver care. Together, we turned this into a fun-filled and meaningful Pressure Relief Week, with activities, learning sessions, and plenty of teamwork. Our residents equally took part in these initiatives and supported us to achieve the goal A huge thank you to everyone who took part—supporting safety, comfort, and quality care every day. 💙🛏️✨
