our wonderful Doctor of Chiropractic, has also been a Pilates instructor locally for the last 6 years.
While seeing all our lovely clients , Ellie has realised that a lot of you need some extra TLC from a clinical perspective along side the brilliant Pilates you are doing.

So from 8th Feb, a 1 hour class will take you through a full Pilates class with advice how to modify or adapt for specific injuries, along side advice on using Pilates to rehab musculoskeletal injuries for just £15 per person.

These classes will only be a maximum of 5 people held in our rehab gym, so a really great way to get some one on one time with our lovely Chiropractor Ellie, and get moving and shaking like you used to.

Introducing our newest Chiropractor 🤩 Nicole 🤩 .stanfield

Nicole graduated from the AECC University College with a first-class Master of Chiropractic (MChiro) degree. Having always had an interest in human anatomy and function, studying Chiropractic was a natural progression to pursue these interests.

Growing up in South Africa, she values an active, healthy lifestyle and competed in lifesaving to a national level. In addition, she is a qualified swimming teacher with a passion to get young people active and involved in sport. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, running, and spending time outdoors.

Nicole enjoys treating patients of all ages and abilities and will utilise a range of techniques during her treatments which include spinal and extremity joint manipulation, soft tissue work, kinesiotaping and dry needling.

Fully recovering from a significant injury, she appreciates the important role conservative Chiropractic care had on her own personal rehabilitation and can empathise with people in similar situations. She is motivated to empower and educate individuals to achieve their own personal optimum levels of health and wellbeing.

💥 Introducing our newest Chiropractor Ellie 💥

Ellie qualified as a Doctor of Chiropractic after previously working as a Pilates instructor in London for 7 years and undertaking a bachelor's degree in dance at Dartington School of Arts.

—————————

She initially spent the first two years of her professional life training and performing as a dancer between London and New York before undertaking Pilates and Personal Training qualifications. Following this, Ellie built up her Pilates and Personal training business in Canary Wharf, training a variety of different clients. As her business grew, Ellie experienced people attending her classes who were in acute pain, often unable to walk or move. She wanted to help those she could not help with Pilates and so this inspired her to train as a Chiropractor ❤️

She has 7 years experience as a Pilates instructor and personal trainer in commercial and corporate wellbeing - working as a lead personal trainer at HSBC HQ in Canary Wharf for a number of years.

—————————

Within the clinic setting, Ellie utilises a range of techniques including manipulative therapy, soft tissue release techniques, kinesiotaping and sports massage to help minimise pain and improve performance. She enjoys treating anyone who can benefit from treatment - but she particularly enjoys treating dancers and performers.

Ellie will be starting with us on September 1st after some well earned time off.
