Stretching before bed can help prevent pregnant leg cramps.

Keep your right knee straight and your right heel on the ground as you slowly bend your left leg forward. Keeping your back straight and your hips forward, hold the stretch for around 30 seconds. Keep your feet from turning inward or outward. Repeat while changing legs

Hello, my name is Garima Saxena, and I'm here to share my story of how and why I founded "UsToWe."

Read the entire story, and if you experience the same emotions that I had during my pregnancy, we are here to help and guide you during the whole process of having a healthy baby.

My Story:

UsToWe started when I got pregnant. Pregnancy is a beautiful time in any woman’s life, where she feels like she is blooming and beautiful but then there are struggles with terrible nausea, discomfort, back pain, and exhaustion, as well as the stresses and strains of attending lots of doctor’s appointments and wanting the very best for our baby. My case was not different and I was constantly worried about my health, fitness, and my baby's health. How to be stress-free and stay fit during pregnancy was a big question - which services to choose, and how careful should I be? I put time and effort into research, learning from others, and growing my understanding of how to enjoy my pregnancy, yet effectively with a baby on the way. That’s when the idea of UsToWe came into my life. I was not in India then, and I was looking for an efficient support system to help me with my pregnancy. Luckily I found a few specialized prenatal yoga teachers, hypnobirthing experts, a Doula, a well-being consultant, nutritionists, and other mentors in my life. I dedicatedly followed these people and their teachings throughout my pregnancy and managed my stress, and anxieties very well during the tough lockdown situation when I had no doctor for my delivery and my husband was stuck in a different country. Fortunately, everything went well.
After giving birth, I wanted to start my fitness and wellness journey again. But I had to wait for a couple of months as per my doctor's suggestion. I started doing the sessions again as suggested by my mentors post-delivery. As I was willing to learn and wanted a stress-free life, I myself started learning these programs and created a circle that can help other pregnant couples. I can proudly say I am a stress-less mother of a 2-year-old super naughty child. I am more patient and manage my stress well. Now I want to spread the correct knowledge to the world. That’s the motive behind this initiative. I hope to continue my journey and influence.
