So a few people have asked " how is Monster doing?".

For those of you who don't know Monser is mental health companion. She travels around with us from job to job and puts a smile on everyone's face she meets. She loves to play fetch and be stroked and especially loves treats.

Monster will soon be turning 2yrs old and we wouldn't trade her for anything. The joy she puts on everyone's faces when they see her is priceless especially on those long shoot days when the weather isn't so great.

It was great to be able to meet up with Rod and Guy from The Brightsides (although clearly Alex didn’t get the brown jacket and blue trousers memo!)

Rod and Guy have been on a speaking tour, taking their journey into schools, businesses and they even did a talk for a room of 90 members of the WI (Women’s Institute)

We’re thrilled to announce our collaboration with our subsidiary company, Vitamin Clinics on a film set! 🌟 We provided the production team with B12 injections and multivitamin infusions to support their health and wellness throughout the filming process. 💉💪

🌙 Lights, Camera, Action! 🎥

Being a medic on a night shoot for a film set is an exhilarating experience, having responsibility of ensuring the well-being of the cast and crew. 💫

From minor cuts and bruises to fatigue and dehydration, I am there to lend a helping hand and ensure everyone stays in top form throughout the night.

But being a medic on a night shoot is more than just tending to physical ailments. It’s about being a pillar of support, a listener, and a friend to those who may feel the weight of the long hours. It’s about providing comfort and reassurance, ensuring that everyone feels safe and valued amidst the hustle and bustle of the set.

THANK YOU 2024!

Billy and Alex’s return to England has drawn a close to the wonderful 2024 Atlantic Dash season ✌🏼

Setting off from Marina Rubicon in Lanzarote on January 3rd, a brave fleet of 10 individuals across 3 boats embarked on a journey of a lifetime.

They had a fast start and were immediately visited by whales 🐳 and dolphins, but the Atlantic proved to be a cruel mistress this year, throwing the worst weather at our crews ⛈️

Sadly, one boat – Destiny’s Tide – was damaged in a storm, eventually leading to Neil and Jason’s safe rescue and repatriation by merchant shipping vessel Lagoa.

Our 2 remaining crews, The Brightsides and Atlantic Rocks, arrived at the tropical shores of Antigua to a heroes welcome where friends, family, food and (terra) firma were waiting for them at Jolly Harbour 🥳

It has been a pleasure to work with every single one of our crew members. They always remained positive in the face of adversity and showed true grit and determination as they battled their way across the Atlantic. Every inch of those hard-fought 3200 miles was a testament to their resilience 💪🏼

We would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who has supported us: our event sponsors and partners, the friends, families and dot watchers, and most of all to our crews – thank you for basically trusting us with your lives 🤙🏼

So what’s next? Well, planning for the 2025 season starts now! !
