If you’re choosing to have surgery, you should recognise this is not a form of weight loss. In fact you should make amendments to your diet prior to surgery.

This will allow for your body to be in a healthier state to enable you to go through the journey of recovery.

Having a new mindset and relationship with food, will also help you to maintain the results that the surgeon provides you!

Most clients don’t appreciate their body and it’s abilities, until we’re in session and I explain the anatomy and pathophysiology of their healing journey.

I’ve met clients in Turkey who didn’t recognise their own bodies signs.

As a stranger I’ve been able to recommend and provide them relief just by listening to what they verbally said, but couldn’t understand their body was requesting from them.
