Hello my dear friends. 😌💪
Want to share how I am challenging myself during workouts and diet while my orthodox fasting has began three weeks ago.
To be honest it’s very hard to train in the gym, I feel nit enough energy in my body, difficult to get enough protein in my body. But overall, I feel great and optimistic, not just in my body but in spiritual way. 👍😇🙏
The Challenge of Being a Vegan it’s an amazing way to get clean and refreshed your body system.👍🥰
✅In the world of competitive bodybuilding, one of the most challenging aspects for athletes is maintaining a strict, balanced diet that promotes muscle growth and fat loss. For those who follow a plant-based, or vegan, diet, this challenge becomes even more complex as they must find ways to consume adequate amounts of protein, calories, and micronutrients without relying on animal products.
✅The main challenge for vegan bodybuilders is obtaining sufficient amounts of protein from plant-based sources. Protein is essential for building and repairing muscle tissue, and it is also necessary for maintaining lean muscle mass during periods of intense training. While there are plenty of plant-based foods that provide some amount of protein, such as legumes, nuts, seeds, and certain grains, these foods typically have lower bioavailability of protein compared to animal-based proteins. This means that the body can utilize a lesser percentage of the protein from these plant-based sources compared to animal proteins, which can make it more challenging to meet the daily protein requirements of a bodybuilder.
☝️✅❤️So I would say it’s a good way for me to challenge my body how it will react.
I don’t see any problem or damage just harder to gain muscle in your body, and ,obviously, less energy to spend in the gym if I want hard pump out gym workout.
It’s an temporary moment for me. My fasting will be finished on 5th May Orthodox Easter.🐣 then
My workouts will be back to normal.
IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS WILL BE HAPPY TO ASSIST YOU.✅😌💪
