A TRUE LOVE STORY……
On 22 November 2022 my dear father passed away. My father’s health deteriorated drastically since may, into undignified levels plastic sheet become the norm.
My mother did not leave his side a single moment or a single night!! When things went “bad” in the middle of the eve, she would throw her tiny 50kg frame into the game to clean a 100kg amputee as well as their bed.. with humour and a smile she NEVER made him feel undignified, Only encouraged and loved.
Since my dad’s passing, she “honors” him by taking special care of the side where he rested his head next to her for 57 years.
Asking her if she would trade a wet bed each night for having him she exclaimed YES!!
Now that is true love…. ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks mom for loving dad with a love that is close to non existent today!!
