We get to a point and realise something isn't quite right with life. Cyclical behaviours keep going around the merry-go-round, never really transforming themselves. We find our conditioning and belief systems go against our natural soul self; however, we can't seem to shift them. We feel drained but have no medical answer. We feel depleted when milestones aren't achieved, and sometimes we forget why we started down the pathway in the first place...was it the expectation of others or societal programming that navigated the dead end, and how often did our intuition tell us it was wrong. Still, ego kept pushing ahead on its linear projection...

No wonder we feel exhausted. No wonder we get to a point in life and say, 'Well, that's just life.' And it's at that point you realise I haven't lived my true, authentic self. Or if you have, why was it so hard, and how much more life do I have to navigate with this conditioned outlook? Why do I fear illness? Why can't I get out of my head? Why do things always go wrong? Why is life so tough?

I worked for 15 years building my modality skills from Reiki, Seichum, Ra-Sheba, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Foundational Psychotherapy, Theta healing, and various spiritual practices, and they were great and still are in their own right.
