Join our sacred circle of community next week as we gather to honour this powerful shift in energies and rhythms. As the sun reaches its highest point in the sky and the day becomes the longest and fullest of the year, we join together to ignite the light within through the ancient practice of Surya Namaskar.
Combining 108 Sun Salutations with energising prānāyām and introspective meditation, this workshop will offer a space to reflect, release, and realign as we step into the second half of the year with clarity and purpose.
In yogic tradition, the number 108 holds profound spiritual significance, representing wholeness, the infinite nature of existence, and spiritual awakening. It appears throughout sacred texts, teachings, and practices including: the 108 Upanishads, which form the philosophical core of the Vedas and Hinduism, the 108 beads on a mala used for deep prayer and meditation, as well as marking the number of nadis or energy lines that converge at the heart centre. The number itself also reflects cosmic order: 1 symbolising oneness and unity between all, 0 symbolising emptiness, and 8 symbolising eternity. Practicing with 108 repetitions honours the deeper journey toward self-realisation and universal connection.
Through breath, movement, and presence, this practice becomes more than a physical challenge—it becomes a moving meditation, a ritual of release, and a celebration of life.
Whether you complete all 108 salutations or simply move with intention, you are invited to honour your body, your journey, and the radiant light that connects us all.
Join our incredible for this transformative experience and mark the Summer Solstice with grace, strength, and spiritual purpose.
