➡️Let’s face it, one day you’ll make your health a priority!
➡️You’ll do it because you decide that you want to be proactive in investing into your well-being.
➡️Or because you will face the repercussions of not doing so!
➡️So you can either choose to actively prioritise your health or you can wait until your health (or rather lack of it) will force you to do it.
➡️I get, that with full time job, hectic career, family and social life not everyone has a chance to cook every meal, exercise 6x a week, make 10k+ steps a day or get 8h of sleep every night. But no step in the right direction is too small!
➡️Do not wait until your health will make itself a priority. Start investing in your well-being now! Each tiny effort invested in your well-being, both mental and physical, is an effort well spent.
