Even during the holiday chaos! - no diets, no guilt.

Don’t wait, do something small for your health today. Even if you can’t repeat it tomorrow, it will still make a difference. Every little act of self-love counts, especially this time of year.

1. Take 3 deep breaths before eating
Activates “rest & digest” mode – your gut works better when it feels safe.

2. 1 tbsp of organic apple cider vinegar before meals
Especially the big ones! It supports digestion and blood sugar.

3. Drink 1 extra glass of water

People think good health is linear but for those of us living with a chronic autoimmune condition, it’s a dance.
This is what “wellness” really looks like when you’re managing autoimmunity.
For me, my eGFR is the marker I watch closely - yours might be cholesterol, glucose, thyroid, or liver enzymes. What matters is learning to listen to your body and track what truly reflects your internal balance.
