Following childbirth or significant weight loss, the breasts can deflate and lose elasticity resulting in a saggy, empty breast. In these cases, placing implants alone will not work and often they require a breast uplift with implants in a single operation. This restores the shape and volume of the breast. In this case a breast uplift was performed with 300cc high profile implants in a subfascial pocket (above the muscle). No uplift is permanent and results can change with time.

Results can vary between patients and are dependent on elasticity of tissues and pre-existing anatomy.
