Happy Easter!!

New Sword class will begin on Thursday.

New Afternoon Online Chi Kung class will begin on Saturday.

The Lam Association offers public classes in Chi Kung, Tai Chi, Da Cheng Chuan and much more in Willesden Green, London NW10.

We will be launching a 2nd online Chi Kung class after Easter!

This class is designed with considerations for those who are from across the Atlantic. It will suit their time-zone better.

Of course, the new class is open to everyone. If you are not a morning person, or if you are busy on Saturday mornings, then this class is just right for you.

The Lam Association offers another online class for Chi Kung on Saturday, starting in April 2024.

From the beginning of April, we will be replacing the Thursday Staff class with a new Sword Class. This will be the jian (or Tai Chi sword - not the broadsword).

Anyone interested in the intricate system of Chinese swordsmanship, this is a rare opportunity!

The first lesson will be on Thursday, 4th April @ 7pm.
