It's as simple as this peeps! It's easy to get caught up in thinking there is more to meditation than there actually is. So I thought this nifty little mind map may help. Pay particular note to Step 5 - Don't Give Yourself A Hard Time. Your mind will wander, daydream, ruminate, think about the past, think about the future. Just know this is all perfectly normal. So as soon as you notice this, come back the breath and start over again 🧘‍♂️🧘🏻‍♀️
