If your mind gets loud at night, especially before a new week begins, pause before believing every thought.
Night-time can make everything feel bigger.
The worry.
The pressure.
The unfinished things.
The quiet fears you avoided during the day.
But not every thought needs an answer tonight.
Sometimes your nervous system is not asking for more planning.
It is asking for safety.
A slower breath.
A softer body.
A reminder that you can meet tomorrow when tomorrow comes.
Tonight, ask yourself:
What can wait?
What do I actually need?
How can I let my body feel safe enough to rest?
You are allowed to put the mental noise down for now.

Beltane arrives with fire in the earth.
Not the fire of rushing.
The fire of remembering.
The part of you that still wants to create.
To feel.
To choose.
To live with more honesty.
And under the Flower Moon, that remembering becomes softer.
Nature does not bloom by forcing herself open.
She blooms because the season has changed.
Maybe something in you is changing too.
Not loudly.
Not perfectly.
But quietly enough that the old version of you no longer feels like home.
Let this be a small ritual today:
My daughter is having anxiety weekly group which we have been waiting for ages and annoyingly it’s crushing with our weekly webinars as it’s at the same time, would it be ok if I will join without camera on next week it’s her first session and parents need to be there as I know it is one of the requirements.Notice what gives you energy.
Notice what drains your spirit.
Notice what your body already knows before your mind starts negotiating.
The next chapter may not begin with a huge decision.
It may begin with one honest moment where you stop talking yourself out of what is true.

The May Full Moon is often called the Flower Moon because it rises at the time of blooming, fertility, colour and life returning in full force, but this year with the Moon moving through Scorpio energy arriving so close to Beltane the message feels even deeper.(Scorpio style 🤪)
Flower Moon reminds us what is ready to bloom and Scorpio asks what must be released first.
Beltane brings the fire of life force, desire, embodiment and creation, so this is not only a moon of beauty.
It is a threshold…..a perfect moment to ask:
What am I still carrying that blocks my blooming?
What old emotional weight is taking space from my life force?
What part of me is ready to come alive again? Sometimes we do not bloom by forcing growth….Sometimes we bloom by releasing what has kept our energy buried.
Under this Scorpio Flower Moon, may we soften into truth, let go with love and make space for what is ready to rise 🙌🏻

When peace feels suspicious, it does not mean something is wrong with you.
Sometimes your nervous system is not reacting to what is happening now.
It is remembering an old emotional climate.
The mood changes.
The criticism.
The rejection.
The tension.
The feeling that calm never lasted for long.
So your mind scans.
Not because you are dramatic, but because your body learned to stay prepared.
This is why overthinking is not always about the present moment.
Sometimes healing begins with gently teaching your body:
Calm can be safe.
Peace does not have to be followed by chaos.
I do not have to scan for danger to stay protected.
Save this for the days when peace feels unfamiliar.

Sometimes healing can become another way to stay in survival mode.
Not because you are doing it wrong, but because the nervous system can turn anything into protection.
Even spirituality.
Even self-development.
Even emotional healing.
When the body does not feel safe, the mind keeps searching for more answers, more signs, more explanations, more control.
But healing is not always about knowing more.
Sometimes it is about pausing long enough to feel what you have been trying to understand.
Ask yourself today:
Am I seeking truth, or am I seeking control?
Am I expanding, or escaping?
Am I listening to my body, or trying to think my way out of feeling?
You are allowed to stop searching for a moment.
That, too, is healing.

Myth: being triggered means you are going backwards, not always at all.
Sometimes a trigger is not a sign that you have failed or undone your healing. Sometimes it is simply showing you what is still tender, what still lives in the body or what is ready to be met with more awareness and care. Healing is not linear, it does not always look calm, neat and perfectly mastered. Sometimes old feelings rise because you are finally strong enough, safe enough, capable or present enough to meet and feel them differently. So no…the trigger is not the failure! The real shift happens is in how and when you hold yourself inside it and!
Do you abandon yourself, shame yourself, and spiral? Or do you pause, breathe, listen, and stay with yourself in a new way?
That is where healing begins to deepen.

Not everything that feels safe is truly aligned.
Sometimes the nervous system clings to what is familiar, even when it feels draining, limiting, or no longer true for who you are becoming.
That does not mean you are weak.
It means your body once learned to choose what felt known before it could choose what felt free.
Healing is not only about feeling better.
It is also about becoming able to hold what is more true, even when it feels unfamiliar at first.
There comes a point when self-worth asks you to choose differently.
To stop shrinking into old patterns just because they are comfortable.
To honour what once protected you, while gently allowing yourself to move beyond it.
Sometimes the next level of healing is not becoming someone new.
It is finally feeling safe enough to stop abandoning what is real.
