And when pain stays unresolved, it can echo through generations in how we cope, relate, and regulate. 

2-minute reset (teach your body “safe enough”):
1. Look around + name 3 neutral objects
2. Hand on heart + belly
3. Inhale 4 / exhale 6 × 8
4. Whisper: “I’m safe enough in this moment.”

Journaling prompt (1 minute):
“What did my family line went through to survive?” (List and acknowledge it with gratitude)
“What do I choose now?”
