A lot of women know they need support…
but they don’t always know what actually happens inside a session like this.
So here is a little window into how I work.
My approach is mind, body, and spirit.
That means we do not only talk about thoughts.
We also look at what your nervous system is doing, what your body may be holding, what emotional pattern is underneath, and, where aligned, the deeper soul-level insight asking to come through.
In a session with me, we begin with where you are now.
We gently slow things down, regulate the system, and create space for safety and clarity.
From there, we explore the deeper root — the wound, survival strategy, or repeating pattern beneath the overwhelm.
And then we bring it into grounded support, so you leave not only with insight, but with practical next steps for your mind, body, and spirit.
This work is not about forcing, fixing, or performing healing.
It is about understanding yourself more deeply, feeling safer within, and reconnecting with what you truly need.
