Getting stronger will never negatively impact your training.
Whether you’re super bendy, feel “tight,” or sit somewhere in between — moving with control, building strength, and understanding your body will always support better performance.
If you don’t know us…
👋 We’re Flexibility Matters Physiotherapy — physios working with performers, athletes, and hypermobile humans who want to keep doing what they love, without constantly breaking down.
Flexibility Matters started because we kept seeing the same patterns:
recurring injuries that never fully settle
people told to rest, stretch, or “just manage it”
performers losing confidence because pain keeps interrupting progress
No one really talks about this:
Strength done right doesn’t make you stiff or slow.
It gives you options, confidence, and resilience.
Even with lots of training, conditioning, or flexibility work — many bodies are still missing the right kind of support.
So we built the approach we wish more people had access to.
At FMP, we help you:
âś” understand why it hurts
âś” build strength that supports your training
âś” return to movement with confidence, not fear
This is physiotherapy designed around real training demands — not generic rehab.
