Results of double-chin fat reduction using

This case shows results quite quickly, mainly because the client is still young.
Results continue to improve over time, becoming clearer around 3–4 months post-treatment.

FAQs: Will the fat come back?
Simply put — if you don’t create new fat, it doesn’t just come back.
Like exercise, without maintenance, results can always change. It’s the same principle.

Endolift is excellent for fat reduction, especially for:
• Double chin
• Lower cheeks
• Upper arms
• Inner thighs
• Lower abdomen

For lifting, it’s best combined with a true lifting device such as
Ulthera Prime.

Recommended plan:
Endolift first → wait 3–4 months → lift the SMAS layer with Ultherapy for the best balance.

And yes… don’t forget body maintenance too —
otherwise the face gets smaller, but the body doesn’t 😅

Results of double-chin fat reduction using Endolift

This case shows results quite quickly, mainly because the client is still young.
The outcome continues to improve over time, with clearer results around month 3–4 after the treatment.

A frequently asked question:
Will the fat come back?

To explain this simply —
if you don’t create new fat, it doesn’t just “come back” on its own.

With any aesthetic treatment, or even surgery, if there is no maintenance,
results can change over time.
No matter what procedure you do, without proper care, fat can return.

It’s exactly the same principle as exercise.
If you stop working out and start eating a lot of unhealthy fats,
do you think the fat will come back?
Will you stay slim forever?
It’s the same logic.

In general, most cases start to show visible results at around 3–4 months.
This device is particularly effective for fat reduction.

It can be used on:
• Double chin
• Lower cheeks
• Upper arms
• Inner thighs
• Lower abdomen (“little tummy” area)

However, when it comes to skin tightening and lifting,
Endolift is not as strong as dedicated lifting devices, such as
Ulthera Prime.

That’s why, for cases with noticeable fat,
we usually recommend Endolift first,
then after 3–4 months, lifting the SMAS layer with Ultherapy for a more balanced and defined result.

And yes… don’t forget to manage your body shape too —
otherwise the face gets smaller, but the body doesn’t 😅
(That one is a reminder to myself!)

It’s time to say goodbye — but not forever.

Thank you for trusting us to look after your skin and your concerns throughout your time studying in the UK. Sometimes that care also meant saying no to treatments you didn’t need, because we truly see our clients like family — like a little sister or a close friend. We would never want someone we love to do anything unnecessary or harmful.

We’re so proud of you as your graduation approaches and this chapter comes to an end. As you return home, we wish you nothing but the very best in life. We hope adulthood is kind to you — and that you always remember how beautiful, worthy, and capable you are.

Good aesthetic medicine should gently enhance who you already are, not change you into someone else.

With your kindness and grace, you deserve only the best.
And we hope to see you again when you visit the UK in the future.

With love 🤍✨

Many people think sun damage only happens on hot, bright days.
But in the UK and EU, the main UV risk is actually UVA.

Why this matters:
• UVA is present all year round
• It passes through clouds and glass
• You’re exposed indoors, in cars, at the office
• It penetrates deep into the skin (dermis)

What does UVA cause?
• Premature ageing
• Collagen breakdown
• Melasma & pigmentation flare-ups
• Faster loss of results after aesthetic treatments

This is why pigmentation can worsen even in winter — and why sunscreen is not just a “summer thing”.

Clinic advice:
Daily broad-spectrum sunscreen with strong UVA protection is essential — even on cloudy days, even indoors.

In the UK, the danger isn’t burning.
It’s long-term, invisible UVA exposure.

🤍 Protect your skin daily, not seasonally.

Why I declined PicoSure laser for this case

This is a case of mixed melasma, combined with age spots and sun damage, presenting as fine, sand-like pigmentation scattered across the face.

Based on assessment and Wood’s lamp examination, this is a heat-sensitive case, with a significant epidermal melasma component.
Using laser or energy-based devices too early could overstimulate melanocytes and increase the risk of rebound pigmentation.

For this reason, I chose a non-heat treatment approach instead.

It’s also important to understand that this client had minimal skincare use since her teenage years, which means the skin barrier and pigment regulation needed to be rebuilt first. Treating melasma at this stage requires patience, consistency, and correct home care, alongside in-clinic treatment.

Melasma is a chronic condition — there is no permanent cure.
The goal is long-term control, gradual fading, and stability, not aggressive correction.

In most melasma cases, a few focused visits — around 3 to 4 sessions — are enough to establish the right protocol, provide proper education, and monitor progress. My aim is not to keep clients coming to the clinic indefinitely, but to help them manage their skin confidently in daily life.

And of course, guidance and follow-up support are always available when needed.

Epidermal Melasma – Case Study

This case involves epidermal melasma, where pigmentation sits in the superficial layer of the skin.

Under a Wood’s lamp, the pigmentation becomes much more visible with clear, defined borders, typically appearing light to dark brown.
This differs from dermal melasma, which appears grey or bluish-grey and shows little change under Wood’s lamp—indicating deeper pigment.

✨ About this case
After just one treatment session, the improvement is already very noticeable.

This is often the fortunate side of epidermal melasma —
when treated correctly, it tends to respond well and fade relatively quickly.

🩺 Treatment plan
• Sylfirm X – 3 sessions
• Hybrid Biostimulator skin injections to
 – improve pigmentation
 – stimulate collagen for firmer skin
 – hydrate with hyaluronic acid for a healthy glow
• Full IV Drip protocol for melasma care, whitening & wellness

📈 Results so far
The response after only one session has been extremely encouraging.
We’ll reassess again after completing all three sessions, but this is a case we’re genuinely very pleased with.

Seeing our clients become more confident and radiant is always the most rewarding part of our work 🥰💕

A big part of this success also comes from the client’s excellent discipline and commitment to aftercare ❤️

💡 Why melasma needs a thoughtful approach
Melasma is a complex skin condition.
It can be triggered by heat, sun exposure, genetics, hormonal changes, stress, and a weakened immune system.
It’s also more common in darker skin types, where melanocytes are more active.

That’s why treating melasma is not about being aggressive —
it’s about understanding the skin and choosing the right approach.
