The changing weather can make us feel out of sorts this time of year - warm then cold again, never sure what to wear, or eat! So when you're feeling out of sorts be sure to nourish your body too!

Energise your body with nutrient-packed meals:
🥣 Soups packed with delicious veggies.
🍠 Roasted sweet potatoes for natural sweetness.
🌶️ Spices like chilli, cinnamon and cloves to ignite inner warmth.

It's time to rest and recharge, if you're feeling low on energy it's time to prioritise sleep!

Winter is nature’s way of reminding us to slow down and restore. So try creating a cosy bedtime routine:
🕯️ Dim the lights an hour before bed.
💆‍♀️ Incorporate a calming facial massage or stretch session.
📵 Disconnect from screens to quiet your mind - we all know it's good for us!

Rest is productive – let’s embrace it this season. 💜

Move to Boost Your Mood 💪❄️

Shorter days, odd routines, and lots of socialising can all make it easy to spend hours on the sofa, but a little bit of movement is key for your well-being!

Try these if you're feeling in need of a pick-me-up:
✨ Gentle yoga to ease tension.
✨ A brisk walk to soak up natural light. (Stunning scenery optional!)
✨ Try a traditional Thia yoga massage to relieve tired muscles and boost circulation.

Thai massage is a traditional technique in which your therapist compresses and pulls your body with a series of yogic style stretches. Performed with the client wearing loose clothing, it's a great option in the cooler months to get your body moving.

Your body and mind deserve this love, take 30 minutes to move around. I'm now taking bokings for January too, if you want to really treat yourself!

Brrr! This cold weather can play havoc with your skin. I have some tips that might help you keep your skin feeling soft in these chilly months!

Cold weather and central heating can leave skin feeling dry and irritated. We can combat this with gentle self-care:
💧 Stay hydrated - yes, even in winter!
🌿 Moisturise daily to lock in hydration.
🛁 Enjoy warm baths with a few drops of your favourite essential oils like lavender or eucalyptus.

I use my own hand-blended aromatherapy products in my treatments, if you'd like recommendations for essential oils do ask during your appointment!

Take time for yourself this season – your body will thank you. 💆‍♀️
